My higher education and professional experience stems from a Computer Science and Mathematics background with an emphasis in Scientific Visualization and Molecular Modeling and Simulation. My research interests include the study of structure-function relationships in macromolecular structures, topology of chromosome interface regions, and analyzing the relationship of genotype and phenotype with respect to the drug response. I am interested in improving and developing techniques used to address these problems which include: knowledge representation, machine learning, and physics-based simulations.
